Overview
You own the profit and loss for a Whataburger restaurant, driving revenue and controlling costs in a high-volume fast food environment. You lead a team of Family Members, making key decisions on staffing, brand standards, and operational performance. What You'll Do7
- 1Own profit and loss for the restaurant, managing cash reporting, labor costs, food expenses, and repairs.
- 2Hire and retain top talent through strategic recruiting, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
- 3Execute operational plans with Managers and the Market Leader to meet sales and service goals.
- 4Monitor restaurant performance using reporting tools, customer feedback, and labor metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- 5Maintain food safety and workplace safety standards by enforcing policies and creating a secure environment.
- 6Resolve customer complaints and build loyalty through personal engagement and service recovery.
- 7Drive adoption of new products, systems, and company initiatives across your team.
Requirements6
- 12+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- 2Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3Proven budgeting and financial acumen to manage P&L.
- 4Strong recruiting and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
- 5Knowledge of food safety protocols and labor law compliance.
- 6Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
