What You'll Do10
- 1Arrive on time to complete all opening procedures before the café opens
- 2Bake and prepare fresh breads pastries cookies and other bakery items according to Panera standards
- 3Set up sandwich salad and production lines with fresh ingredients and supplies
- 4Stock beverage stations condiments and front counter supplies
- 5Prepare the drive-thru area ensuring equipment and POS systems are ready for service
- 6Assist with taking guest orders and serving customers during the morning rush when needed
- 7Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the café kitchen and prep areas
- 8Monitor product quality freshness and inventory levels
- 9Follow all food safety cleanliness and company operating procedures
- 10Work closely with the opening team to ensure the café is fully prepared for a successful day
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience
- 3Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 6Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 7Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
