What You'll Do11
- 1Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyle modifications
- 2Coordinate group sessions like safety talks and stretch programs to enhance wellbeing
- 3Conduct biometric screenings and body composition tests to support population health
- 4Facilitate monthly engagement plans using client site calendars and resource libraries
- 5Maintain 85% employee visibility through proactive site walks and rounds
- 6Perform individual health consults and develop personalized improvement plans
- 7Promote mental wellbeing and conduct referrals within defined scope of practice
- 8Lead daily site visits ensuring high employee engagement and safety protocol adherence
- 9Collaborate with HR and safety teams to integrate wellness initiatives into client culture
- 10Provide referrals and resources aligned with employee interests and goals
- 11Ensure HIPAA compliance through accurate data entry and confidential record keeping
Requirements11
- 1Bilingual Spanish proficiency required
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 33-5 seasons experience in health and wellness coaching
- 42+ years associate degree pursuit with commitment to National Board Certification
- 5Familiarity with Microsoft Office and EMR/SOAP/ADIM systems
- 6Proficiency in behavior change science models and motivational interviewing techniques
- 7Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
- 8Experience with Stages of Change framework
- 9Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
- 10Experience with manual blood pressure measurements
- 11Knowledge of injury prevention strategies in occupational settings
