What You'll Do11
- 1Serve as first point of contact for the Romeoville location and build relationships with HR production and facilities teams
- 2Set hiring targets and create candidate databases aligned with client needs
- 3Oversee multi‑shift operations including recruitment payroll employee relations and office duties
- 4Track associate performance and produce weekly monthly and quarterly reports for clients and corporate
- 5Develop sourcing channels interview process and improve employer brand attractiveness
- 6Follow client mandates such as drug screening background checks and skills testing
- 7Process new hire paperwork audit documentation and conduct weekly payroll tracking
- 8Maintain confidentiality handle employee relations and coordinate with corporate on safety claims and workers’ compensation
- 9Perform weekly site safety inspections and enforce corporate and client policies
- 10Collaborate with Eclipse IA corporate teams on unemployment claims and safety initiatives
- 11Adapt schedules overtime as directed and remain flexible
Requirements7
- 12‑5 years recruiting experience with preference for 5 years
- 2At least one year management experience preferred
- 3Ability to keep confidential information discreet
- 4Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- 5Bilingual Spanish proficiency valued
- 6Flexible schedule willingness overtime approved by upper management
