- 8Verify insurance and complete coordinating paperwork
- 9Maintain accurate client records
- 10Place orders for flowers caskets keepsakes and supplies
- 11Create notices and print materials
- 12Provide families with proof of print materials
- 13Coordinate printing of materials
- 14Input information into company databases
- 15Provide administrative support across organization
- 16Support and supervise subordinate staff
- 17Ensure public areas are presentable and stocked
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Valid licensed and insurable driver
- 4Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- 5Proficiency with standard office software
- 6Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 7Strong attention to detail
- 8Well developed organizational skills
- 9Exemplary time management skills
- 10Minimum one year experience in professional office setting
