You own the phone experience for LifeTree Inc., onboarding clients and empowering families through warm, confident calls. You manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, inbox upkeep, and data entry with accuracy, supporting Providers with scheduling and technical help. You join a close-knit administrative team in Phoenix, using proprietary software and Excel after training. What You'll Do8
- 1Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to onboard new clients with warmth and confidence.
- 2Manage inbox maintenance, filing, and data entry with high accuracy in Excel and Outlook.
- 3Handle a high volume of support calls, resolving issues and answering questions promptly.
- 4Provide scheduling assistance and basic technical support to existing Providers.
- 5Conduct pre-set video or phone appointments with Providers and Families.
- 6Use proprietary software for client tracking and communication after training.
- 7Maintain detailed records of each call and interaction in the system.
- 8Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements7
- 13-4 years of phone-first customer service or administration experience.
- 2Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette.
- 3Positive demeanor with a drive to meet goals and targets.
- 4Proactive problem-solving and eagerness to learn and grow.
- 5High accuracy, proficiency, and a strong work ethic.
- 6Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- 7Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity.
