Office Administrator Dispatcher Night Shift San Francisco
Overview
We need a reliable independent worker for night shift roles at our Port of Oakland facility. The ideal candidate works night only and thrives in fast-paced environments. This permanent position offers competitive pay up to $30.00 per hour. You will manage driver communications route planning order processing invoicing accounts payable receivable phone support and coordination with warehouse teams. Seeking strong organizational skills and ability to thrive without supervision.
What You'll Do9
- 1Dispatch and communicate with drivers throughout the night
- 2Plan and adjust delivery routes as needed
- 3Process customer orders and accurately enter data into company systems
- 4Prepare and process invoices
- 5Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- 6Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- 7Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries
- 8Maintain accurate records and reports
- 9Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing complex logistics systems
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential required
- 5AWS Certified experience necessary
