What You'll Do8
- 1Provide skilled occupational therapy per physician plan of care
- 2Coordinate intermittent skilled care and educate clients and caregivers
- 3Assess and reassess patient status regularly
- 4Initiate and revise client plans of care based on evaluations
- 5Communicate with physicians and other healthcare disciplines
- 6Deliver strong interpersonal communication skills in fast paced environment
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance standards
- 8Drive operational efficiency through process optimization
Requirements11
- 1Registered OT or completed OT education with license in Washington state
- 2Minimum one year clinical experience
- 3Current CPR and BLS certification
- 4Valid driver’s license and insurance
- 5Ability to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally and perform heavy lifting tasks
- 6Strong physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- 7Excellent problem solving skills with analytical mindset
- 8Proficiency in using electronic health records
- 9Experience working in diverse patient populations
- 10Bold certifications including CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 11Bold technical expertise with Python and AWS platforms
