Overview
Mountain View Care Center seeks a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist to enhance independence and quality of life for residents. What You'll Do9
- 1Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and their impact on daily activities
- 2Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- 3Provide skilled therapy services focused on independence in activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living
- 4Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications as appropriate
- 5Monitor resident progress and adjust OT treatment plans as needed
- 6Educate residents families and caregivers and clinical staff
- 7Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- 8Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation
- 9Ensure services meet all professional legal and regulatory standards
Requirements5
- 1Active Occupational Therapy state license in good standing
- 2Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- 3Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
- 4Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System
- 5AA/EEO/M/F/D/V
