Overview
An experienced OT will own functional rehabilitation in our outpatient neuro program at scale within Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation Phoenix. Join a collaborative team of dynamic therapists delivering one-on-one care. This role emphasizes personalized rehab and real-world impact in a community setting.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and implement evaluations and treatment plans for neurological patients
- 2Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing and family conferences
- 3Perform discharge evaluations and recommend home and community safety resources
- 4Communicate patient progress to the treatment team, physicians, and families
- 5Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize outcomes and coordinate care
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- 2Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state
- 3Current CPR certification
- 4Minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist
- 5Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological diagnoses preferred
