- 1Oversee daily operations of nurses and medical assistants through direct supervision of registered nurses and charge LPNs across all locations
- 2Ensure safety compliant quality service delivery while maintaining professional standards
- 3Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and quality initiatives
- 4Lead and mentor staff fostering professional growth and teamwork
- 5Participate in performance improvement research and quality initiatives
- 6Support mission vision and performance measures
- 7Train new hires and existing staff on electronic health record systems
- 8Develop and implement workforce planning strategies using available resources
- 9Create and execute staffing plans with competent nurses within scope of responsibility
- 10Delegate work and authority confidently while soliciting feedback
- 11Execute plans policies programs and projects effectively
Requirements10
- 1Valid license and current registration as a Registered Nurse issued by NYSED
- 2Five years professional nursing experience including EHR use
- 3Minimum three years management experience preferred
- 4Bachelor or Master of Science in Nursing degree
- 5Ability to handle fast-paced environment prioritize tasks based on importance
- 6Strong leadership organizational ability
- 7Excellent interpersonal relationships effective English communication skills
- 8Proven ability to motivate develop and coach individuals groups
- 9High degree of leadership organizational capability
