Overland Park clinic seeks a Nurse Practitioner to help build a growing practice. This part-time role offers potential for additional days as the clinic expands. The position involves patient care and practice growth.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations and wellness visits
- 2Conduct annual exams and preventative screenings
- 3Order and interpret laboratory testing
- 4Develop individualized treatment plans
- 5Educate patients regarding treatment options and wellness goals
- 6Provide hormone therapy management and related services
- 7Grow the practice by building strong patient relationships
- 8Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience
- 9Support community outreach and practice growth initiatives
- 10Contribute ideas that improve operations and patient care
- 11Collaborate with leadership on strategies to expand the clinic
Requirements9
- 1Current APRN licensure in Kansas
- 2Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- 3Active DEA registration
- 4Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred
- 5Strong communication and patient education skills
- 6Experience in hormone replacement therapy
- 7Familiarity with women's health gynecology and wellness
- 8Knowledge of fertility services and medical aesthetics
- 9Prior experience in preventive care and wellness programs
Salary Insight
$52 - $60k per year
