What You'll Do8

  • 1Manage and stabilize grade 1-3 reactions, triaging escalated concerns using TIP protocols and coordinating with the Logistics MD for follow-up and action plans.
  • 2Complete history collection and ensure timely resolution, communicating next steps to patients and families.
  • 3Document all interactions in Salesforce, Athena, and Pantaleon, maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • 4Perform scheduled telehealth appointments and serve as Provider On Call (POC) for emergencies.
  • 5Lead projects to improve patient care and support provider education, onboarding new staff and guiding complex clinical decisions.
  • 6Collaborate with departments like Remission, Scheduling, and Billing to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
  • 7Assist with annual reviews of SOPs, Reaction Algorithms, and Template Responses with the Command Center Manager.
  • 8Maintain schedule flexibility to deliver on-site clinic coverage, ensuring uninterrupted patient flow and care.

Requirements6

  • 1Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • 2Current California NP and RN or PA License with NPI number.
  • 3Maintain PA or NP Certifications and hold BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
  • 4Demonstrated expertise in patient case management and medical software like Pantaleon, Athena, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
  • 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • 6Ability to work independently in a hybrid remote environment with high-speed internet and a professional home office.
