Requirements18
- 1Master of Science in Nursing Doctor of Nursing Practice or NP Certificate Program graduate
- 2National certification from AANP or ANCC
- 3Active unrestricted state license
- 4Active DEA license US work authorization
- 52+ years clinical experience in geriatric adult or family practice
- 6Ability to work flexibly
- 7Passion for serving senior and low income populations
- 8Training or clinical experience in geriatrics preferred
- 93+ years NP experience
- 10Experience with coding ICD-10 and HCC
- 11Exposure to metrics driven healthcare models
- 12Open to professional development and certifications
- 13Experience in value based care models
- 14Work in collaborative healthcare settings
- 15Strong oral and written communication skills
- 16Detail oriented independent and teamwork abilities
- 17Customer service approach with teams and residents
- 18Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
