Overview

Lead diagnostic imaging for patients ages adolescents through geriatric while delivering community-focused care. Support HCA HealthONE's mission to optimize quality of life beyond medical needs. Work under the Nuclear Imaging Director to perform complex procedures and maintain high standards of patient safety.

What You'll Do11

  • 1Perform simple and complex radionuclide diagnostic procedures for patients across diverse age groups
  • 2Conduct all equipment calibrations and quality control checks
  • 3Maintain accurate patient records and manage radioactive materials license
  • 4Provide quality diagnostic results through expert technical skills
  • 5Manage inventory and supplies for nuclear medicine department
  • 6Engage in quality improvement initiatives
  • 7Assist with radioactive material handling when needed
  • 8Attend continuing education to keep skills current
  • 9Hold current AMAs certification and NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification
  • 10Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications
  • 11Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements5

  • 1Completion of an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine training program
  • 2Current certification by NMTCB or ARRT (N)
  • 3Preferable 3-6 years recent hospital Nuclear Medicine experience including nuclear cardiology
  • 4Skills matching formal training requirements
  • 5Eligibility for benefits varies by location
