What You'll Do9
- 1Supervise clinical care planning and delivery processes to coordinate quality patient care
- 2Assess residents upon admission and periodically as conditions change
- 3Perform rounds to evaluate patient condition
- 4Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living and medication administration
- 5Obtain and implement physician orders checking for accuracy and completeness
- 6Communicate shift changes regarding resident condition updates
- 7Report findings to Director of Nursing Services
- 8Make daily rounds of Nursing Services Department to verify assignment compliance
- 9Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulatory guidelines
Requirements5
- 1Active NJ RN license in good standing
- 2RN-BSN degree required
- 3Minimum 5+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
- 4Minimum 1 year supervisory experience
- 5Strong knowledge of nursing practices and regulations for care centers
