What You'll Do8
- 1Sanitize and deep-clean the entire restaurant, including floors, bathrooms, and outdoor areas during overnight shifts.
- 2Empty and dispose of all trash, ensuring waste bins are clean and compliant with health codes.
- 3Partner with the management team to identify and report maintenance issues inside and outside the building.
- 4Mix and apply cleaning chemicals following all safety protocols for use, storage, and disposal.
- 5Track cleaning supply inventory and alert management when reorders are needed.
- 6Follow all company policies and local health and safety standards to maintain a spotless environment.
- 7Contribute to a safe, welcoming atmosphere for the morning team and guests.
- 8Support the team with additional janitorial duties as assigned.
