What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee overnight front desk operations including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
- 2Conduct comprehensive night audits reconciling daily financial transactions using PMS such as CHOICE ADV
- 3Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly via phone or in person
- 4Maintain accurate records of guest accounts reservations and billing details following emergency procedures
- 5Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to ensure safety
- 6Prepare detailed shift reports incident logs and audit summaries for management
- 7Assist with guest services resolving issues and providing local information
- 8Ensure adherence to hotel policies and standards during night shifts
Requirements9
- 1Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with resort background
- 2Strong knowledge of PMS CHOICE ADV and reservation systems
- 3Exceptional customer service focusing on problem-solving and client communication
- 4Ability to manage night audits accurately with attention to detail under supervision
- 5Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred for diverse guest populations
- 6Familiarity with property management systems and emergency procedures
- 7Excellent phone and in-person communication skills with friendly professional demeanor
- 8Previous PMS experience preferred but not required
- 9Strong written and verbal communication abilities
