What You'll Do8
- 1Balance revenue and settle accounts each night using BRAINS and Excel.
- 2Prepare and distribute daily reports on room availability and guest accounts.
- 3Audit and reconcile cashier transactions to ensure accuracy.
- 4Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit card transactions nightly.
- 5Check guests in and out, handling reservations and payments as a Guest Service Agent.
- 6Resolve guest complaints and respond to inquiries to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- 7Practice safe work habits and wear protective equipment as needed.
- 8Assist with other tasks requested by management to support team goals.
Requirements4
- 1High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2Previous night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required.
- 3Computer knowledge in Excel and arithmetic skills required.
- 4FSD certification is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.
