What You'll Do9
- 1Perform night audit duties including reconciling all daily transactions and ensuring financial records are accurate
- 2Post charges to guest accounts such as room rates taxes and incidentals ensuring correct postings
- 3Process payments cash credit and checks recording them accurately
- 4Generate reports for management including financial summaries occupancy statistics and room revenue
- 5Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during night shift providing professional service
- 6Answer phone calls promptly addressing guest inquiries and providing accurate information
- 7Perform end-of-day procedures verifying room availability balancing accounts and ensuring accuracy
- 8Communicate important guest information updates to management and day shift
- 9Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2At least 1 year front desk or guest service experience in hotels
- 3Advanced knowledge of property management systems and front desk procedures
- 4Ability to troubleshoot guest issues professionally
- 5Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- 6Hilton systems and M3 Accounting experience preferred
