What You'll Do9
- 1Own patient care activities and report changes in resident conditions
- 2Administer 12-Lead Electrocardiogram tests and perform venipuncture
- 3Take vital signs height weight measurements feed and ambulate residents
- 4Maintain clean patient rooms and manage inventory supplies
- 5Assist with clerical duties answer phones and enter data
- 6Follow nurse supervision for technical tasks and patient support
- 7Perform duties as outlined in Nurse Aide I task list
- 8Support diverse patient population with developmental needs
- 9Ensure accurate documentation of patient information
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED required for new hires on or after 7/22/2018
- 2Current listing with DFS Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I
- 3Physical ability to lift 35 pounds supporting patients equipment and supplies
- 4Excellent English communication skills
- 5Manual dexterity and finger strength required
- 6Ability to stand walk sit bend stretch stoop push pull
- 7Knowledge of pediatric growth development principles
- 8Understanding of HIPAA privacy regulations
- 9Basic computer literacy for PHI management
- 10Willingness to work flexible hours
