What You'll Do11
- 1Meet infant needs such as feeding changing and safe sleep
- 2Ensure proper diapering bathing and soothing techniques
- 3Maintain a clean and safe sleep environment
- 4Handle household chores related to baby care
- 5Sanitize bottles and pump parts
- 6Assist with laundry and linen management
- 7Perform background checks and pass pre-screening interviews
- 8Provide documentation of diaper changes and sleep logs
- 9Walk pets and ensure no allergy to dogs
- 10Drive reliably to and from the home location
- 11Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements10
- 1Newborn Care Specialist certificate
- 2CPR and First Aid certification
- 3Valid driver’s license and insurance
- 4Three professional references
- 5Fluency in English
- 6Current vaccinations including TDAP
- 7Experience working with infants
- 8Ability to work flexible overnight shifts
- 9Strong communication skills
- 10Dedication to providing high-quality infant care
