Full Time Nanny Infant Specialist
Overview
We seek a proactive nanny to become part of our family team. This role involves leading infant care and development for a 6-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate will lead solid introduction allergen exposure nap structure and encourage play. We offer a competitive rate of $28.00 per hour.
What You'll Do11
- 1Lead the introduction of solids and allergen exposure following tracking system logs
- 2Prepare all meals from scratch including purees snacks and family food
- 3Manage bottle formula and breastmilk handling storage and sterilization
- 4Maintain food inventory and grocery shop as needed
- 5Own naps and daily schedule coordinating with current sleep approach
- 6Solve schedule problems related to sleep or feeding issues
- 7Perform diapering bathing dressing and daily routines
- 8Provide age appropriate developmental play tummy time reading music and sensory activities
- 9Arrange daily outdoor time walks and classes
- 10Handle laundry washing and organizing her room and belongings
- 11Clean bottles dishes high chair and play spaces
Requirements10
- 110+ years professional nanny experience with infant focus
- 2Expertise in introducing solids and structured allergen introduction
- 3Current infant and child CPR and First Aid certification
- 4Verifiable long tenure references
- 5Ability to travel with family 2-4+ weeks annually
- 6Comfortable with background check
- 7Non-smoker up to date on vaccinations
- 8Training in infant nutrition food allergy management or child development
- 9Experience supporting sleep training and consistent scheduling
- 10Growth with family as child ages
