- 1Manage 100% of clinical duties including 154 shifts in the Neurocritical Care Unit
- 2Educate residents fellows and medical students through mentorship programs
- 3Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care standards
- 4Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reporting systems
- 5Drive process improvements to optimize unit efficiency and patient flow
- 6Participate in departmental research initiatives and publish findings
- 7Develop curriculum for clinical training programs
- 8Supervise and evaluate staff performance and professional development
- 9Contribute to grant applications and funding opportunities
- 10Serve on committees for quality improvement and patient safety
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in neurocritical care settings
- 2Board certification in neurology or critical care
- 3MA degree in neuroscience or related field
- 4Proven track record in clinical leadership roles
- 5Strong teaching portfolio demonstrating educational excellence
- 6Demonstrated research capability with publication history
