- 1Manage engineering managers product leaders architects and engineering leads
- 2Lead strategy roadmap and execution of enterprise workforce access security services
- 3Define and drive modernization of remote access capabilities migrating from legacy VPN to Zero Trust Network Access
- 4Oversee design delivery and operations of global secure web proxy internet access and remote access platforms
- 5Partner with Cybersecurity Infrastructure Risk and Enterprise Architecture teams to establish Zero Trust strategies
- 6Develop actionable roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategic priorities and security objectives
- 7Lead network segmentation initiatives to strengthen security posture and reduce enterprise risk
- 8Drive adoption of modern security architectures cloud-delivered security services and secure access technologies
- 9Provide oversight for platform availability resiliency scalability security and operational excellence
- 10Establish risk management practices and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk and compliance initiatives
- 11Manage technology investments financial planning vendor relationships and strategic resourcing
- 12Lead large-scale transformation programs and encourage innovation across engineering teams
- 13Collaborate and influence senior technology and business leaders across the organization
- 14Interface with external agencies regulatory bodies auditors and industry forums when required
- 15Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Workforce Access Security
- 16Develop and guide a culture of accountability talent development operational excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements11
- 110+ years of senior technology leadership experience or equivalent via work training military education
- 24+ years of management or leadership experience leading technology engineering infrastructure or cybersecurity organizations
- 35+ years’ experience leading large-scale enterprise networking network security or workforce access programs
- 45+ years’ experience with secure web proxy remote access VPN Zero Trust and network security technologies
- 5Deep knowledge of enterprise secure web proxy platforms including Palo Alto Prisma Access Zscaler Internet Access ZPA Netskope Security Cloud
- 6Experience leading enterprise transitions from traditional VPN architectures to modern Zero Trust Network Access solutions
- 7Expertise in GlobalProtect Prisma Access client-based remote access technologies and cloud-delivered security services
- 8Background in network segmentation micro-segmentation software-defined security architectures and Zero Trust principles
- 9Experience with Secure Service Edge and Security Service Edge technologies
- 10Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management regulatory requirements and operational resilience
- 11Proven ability to lead in complex matrixed organizations and execute through influence
