What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement scalable network architectures using Python AWS and React
- 2Lead technical support initiatives for GDMS Cyber products through phone email and field channels
- 3Conduct hardware and software testing and configure network devices
- 4Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation including network diagrams
- 5Deliver onsite and remote training sessions for customers and internal teams
- 6Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to integrate quantum physics principles into network solutions
- 7Analyze and resolve complex connectivity issues in real‑time environments
- 8Create and update training materials to ensure clear communication of technical concepts
- 9Participate in rotating on‑call support schedules requiring travel up to 25 percent of the time

Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 3 years
- 2Secret security clearance required at time of hire
- 3U.S. citizenship mandatory due to classified information handling
- 4Proven expertise in Cisco Juniper products firewalls DNS VPN LAN WLAN and cloud native infrastructure
- 5Certification in CCNA and Security with active Secret clearance
- 6Demonstrated ability to handle complex assignments with minimal supervision
- 7Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for presenting to large audiences
- 8Experience troubleshooting enterprise network components such as Windows servers and Active Directory
- 9Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with emerging technologies
