Overview
You will own the end-to-end architecture of enterprise solutions built on .NET, ASP.NET Core, and React, deployed to AWS. Your design decisions affect systems serving thousands of users. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with product owners to translate business needs into scalable architecture. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and document solution architecture for new and existing .NET applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
- 2Build reference architectures and prototypes using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and React to validate design decisions.
- 3Lead the integration of Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing across microservices.
- 4Drive migration of legacy .NET systems to AWS cloud-native patterns, including Lambda, ECS, and RDS.
- 5Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for the development team, focusing on performance and security.
- 6Collaborate with product managers to break down requirements into actionable technical tasks for sprint delivery.
- 7Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to developers, ensuring high-quality output.
- 8Evaluate and select third-party tools and libraries to keep the stack current and maintainable.
Requirements8
- 18+ years in software development with a focus on .NET and ASP.NET Core.
- 23+ years as an architect designing enterprise solutions on AWS (including EC2, S3, API Gateway).
- 3Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend build tools like Webpack or Vite.
- 4Proven ability to design event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging systems.
- 5Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server and DynamoDB.
- 6Excellent communication skills to present architecture blueprints to stakeholders and developers.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus.
