What You'll Do8
- 1Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with policies and laws
- 2Monitor occupancy rental income delinquency and expenses preparing weekly monthly quarterly reports
- 3Develop and manage property budgets monitor rent collections follow up on delinquencies approve invoices and control expenses
- 4Supervise leasing efforts maximizing occupancy and rental rates handling tours documents and move-in/move-out processes
- 5Collaborate with marketing implementing outreach and resident retention strategies
- 6Coordinate with maintenance teams ensuring timely work orders and preventive maintenance conducting property inspections
- 7Recruit train and supervise on-site staff providing performance feedback fostering positive work environment
- 8Build relationships with residents addressing concerns promptly planning community events
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CPC Card certified professional
- 3AWS Certified infrastructure specialist
- 4BCBA credential holder
- 55+ years experience with property management software Onesite
- 63-5 seasons managing multi-property portfolios
- 7Strong leadership and communication skills
- 8Knowledge of budgeting financial reporting and collections
- 9Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
