Mulesoft Operational Lead, MuleSoft Runtime Manager
Overview
The role owns enterprise MuleSoft platforms at scale, leading production support to ensure platform stability and reliable API and integration performance. You will oversee incident management, monitor integrations, and drive operational improvements across the MuleSoft environment. This position requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, and expertise with MuleSoft Runtime Manager.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and sustain production support processes for MuleSoft platforms to minimize outages
- 2Design and implement incident management workflows and postincident reviews
- 3Monitor API performance and integration health to ensure service level objectives are met
- 4Coordinate crossfunctional teams to resolve platform issues and coordinate changes
- 5Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize runtime configurations, monitoring, and automation
- 6Ensure robust change and release management for MuleSoft deployments

- 2Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
