What You'll Do8
- 1Plan and execute an exceptional retail environment for customers and community
- 2Inspire and lead associates on the sales floor daily
- 3Develop associate managers full-time part-time and seasonal staff
- 4Forecast and manage store budget including revenue and operating expenses
- 5Implement plans to achieve monthly quarterly and annual goals
- 6Create visual merchandising and marketing strategies
- 7Act as liaison between store team and corporate leadership
- 8Manage schedules to ensure leadership presence
Requirements11
- 1High school equivalency or GED required
- 2Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred
- 3Retail leadership experience leading two or more employees
- 4Five years in retail operations
- 5Commitment to inclusive supportive workspace
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- 7Experience with inventory management systems
- 8Visual merchandising background
- 9Strong customer experience and organizational skills
- 10Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
