What You'll Do9
- 1Pick, pack, and verify finished goods to meet daily surgery case demands
- 2Maintain inventory accuracy through daily order entry and validation processes
- 3Source cases and prepare shipments using Move Medical and SAP systems
- 4Perform freight activity reviews for FedEx and courier usage to control costs
- 5Assist with physical inventories and field cycle counts
- 6Train and direct colleagues on warehouse procedures and safety standards
- 7Analyze utilization data to identify process improvements
- 8Coordinate on‑call support and drive efficient last‑mile delivery
- 9Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience in operations distribution logistics inventory management
- 2Valid driver’s license with clean record
- 3Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- 4High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5Flexibility for occasional on‑call shifts and teamwork leadership
