What You'll Do8
- 1Engage customers on the sales floor to identify their needs and recommend T-Mobile service plans and devices.
- 2Demonstrate product features using digital tools and interactive demos to explain coverage and benefits.
- 3Complete training modules on POS systems and wireless technology to master retail processes.
- 4Partner with store team to ensure a smooth customer journey from greeting to checkout.
- 5Use CRM software to track customer interactions and follow up on service opportunities.
- 6Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- 7Stay current on 5G network features and device specs to answer customer questions.
- 8Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues on the spot to build loyalty.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma/GED required.
- 26+ months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail.
- 3Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
- 5Proven problem-solving ability in customer service contexts.
- 6At least 18 years of age.
- 7Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 8Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
