Mobile App Developer, React Native & .NET
Overview
You will own the full lifecycle of mobile applications for iOS and Android at Catch Transportation, driving feature development from concept to deployment. You will collaborate with React Native and .NET stacks alongside backend developers and management, making architectural decisions that shape the product. Your work directly impacts fleet operations, with published apps used by drivers and dispatchers daily. This role stands out for its flexible schedule and the opportunity to own architecture decisions in a tight-knit team.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design, develop, and test advanced mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native and .NET
- 2Collaborate with management and backend developers to define, design, and launch new features
- 3Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through rigorous testing and Xcode and Android Studio profiling
- 4Maintain clean, organized, and scalable code with MVC and MVVM patterns
- 5Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full mobile stack
- 6Provide ongoing support, updates, and enhancements to existing applications
- 7Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs like Firebase and Stripe
- 8Contribute to process improvements and application architecture decisions
Requirements8
- 12+ years professional experience in mobile app development for iOS and/or Android
- 2React Native and .NET proficiency, with working knowledge of C# and JavaScript
- 3Portfolio with 1–2 published apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- 4Solid understanding of MVC and MVVM architecture patterns
- 5Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs
- 6Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile design standards
- 7Experience with application performance tuning and memory optimization using Instruments and LeakCanary
- 8Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively

$58 - $135k per year
