The Poe Group seeks a licensed Mississippi Realtor® to join our team as a VIP Leads Realtor. This role offers direct access to exclusive Realtor.com Market VIP leads and comprehensive support. Agents will receive premium technology systems advanced coaching and operational assistance to increase home closings while reducing prospecting time. Ideal candidates are motivated and prepared to grow their client base.
What You'll Do5
- 1Respond quickly and professionally to inbound buyer and seller leads
- 2Schedule and conduct property showings for motivated buyers
- 3Guide clients through the full buying and selling process
- 4Negotiate contracts effectively and manage transactions with detail orientation
- 5Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Active Mississippi Real Estate License (Required)
- 3Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 4Self-motivated growth mindset and coachability
- 5Organized ability to manage multiple clients efficiently
