The Mission Command Information System Trainer leads hands-on instruction at Camp Parks US Army Reserve Mission Training Complex for the US Army Reserve. This full-time position requires proactive individuals who can develop and deliver operator training for MCIS systems including CPCE and MMC-S. What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement training programs using Podium Over-the-Shoulder or demonstration methods
- 2Develop or update instructional materials aligned with Army training requirements
- 3Provide live instruction on MCIS systems and simulation platforms like WARSIM
- 4Maintain accurate student records and track training progress metrics
- 5Ensure compliance with Department of War security protocols and networking standards
- 6Collaborate with instructors to create comprehensive Training Support Packages
- 7Monitor enrollment data and generate performance reports for training units
- 8Prepare documentation for instructor validations and certification requirements
- 9Assist with transportation of equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- 10Facilitate constructive simulations to enhance situational awareness training
- 11Contribute to continuous improvement of Army MCIS educational offerings
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in military training fields
- 2Minimum 5+ years of experience with MCIS systems including CPCE and MMC-S
- 3Active Secret security clearance required
- 4Proven ability to transport and handle heavy equipment
- 5Experience with LVCG methodologies and system hardware/software
- 6Familiarity with DoW network configurations and system security protocols
- 7Strong organizational skills for managing training documentation and reports
- 8Demonstrated leadership in developing instructional materials
- 9Ability to work collaboratively within diverse team environments
