We seek a reflective dedicated passionate Middle School Science Teacher to lead instruction at BridgePrep Academy of Orange Campus. What You'll Do7
- 1Plan and deliver standards-aligned daily middle school science lessons using inquiry-based methods and hands-on labs
- 2Establish consistent routines and implement schoolwide behavior systems to create a safe inclusive environment
- 3Differentiate instruction for diverse learners including ESE 504 and ELL students through tailored accommodations
- 4Engage families through clear consistent communication about student progress and partnerships
- 5Submit lesson plans data and compliance documentation promptly while participating in professional development
- 6Drive classroom culture aligned with school values focusing on student outcomes and critical thinking
- 7Own instructional quality and student achievement outcomes with high expectations for all learners
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited institution
- 2Valid Florida Teaching Certification in Middle Grades General Science or Science for grades 6-12
- 3Alignment with SMART Management and BridgePrep Academy mission and values
- 4Successful completion of Level 2 background screening
- 5Master’s Degree in Science Education STEM or related field preferred
