What You'll Do25
- 1Prepare daily production items in cooperation with kitchen staff
- 2Ensure food products are prepped correctly following recipes and Naya’s standards
- 3Follow recipes and portion control standards to maintain consistency and quality
- 4Wash dishes and tools used during food prep
- 5Minimize waste and assist with inventory counts
- 6Receive, disinfect, store, and organize deliveries following FIFO and best storage practices
- 7Maintain proper storage temperatures and rotation procedures per DOH regulations
- 8Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations thoroughly and on schedule
- 9Keep floors in work areas clean, dry, and free of debris
- 10Provide timely and courteous service to guests aligning with Naya’s policies
- 11Display thorough knowledge of menu items and beverage options
- 12Greet guests, take orders, and expedite as needed ensuring accuracy
- 13Ring orders into the POS system and collect payments
- 14Assist customers with making change and follow cash handling procedures
- 15Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation at shift start
- 16Stock cashier stations with paper goods and ice water
- 17Change trash bags, wipe tables, and counters, and pack sauce sides and pita bread
- 18Turn on displays and play music as part of daily setup
- 19Support and assist team members as needed
- 20Communicate issues and ideas to the Chef or Director of Operations
- 21Participate in training and development of new employees
- 22Adhere to sanitation standards and company policies on scheduling and grooming
- 23Attend mandatory company meetings and training sessions
- 24Exhibit a friendly positive and helpful attitude at all times
- 25Carry out additional duties assigned by management
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in fast-paced restaurant environments
- 3Medical, dental, and vision insurance preferred
- 4Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly
- 5Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- 6Completed the Train the Trainer course
- 7Polished personal presentation meeting Naya’s employee handbook standards
- 8Resilience to handle high-volume business and operational pressures
- 9Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays with variable schedules
- 10Strict adherence to sanitation standards and company policies
- 11Valid eVerify documentation for employment eligibility
