Meta Production Associate Foot Assembly
Overview
The Meta Production Associate will own the assembly and production of prosthetic feet in the Meta line. You will work onsite in Phoenix Arizona. This role requires punctuality and consistency. Expect Monday through Friday shifts with possible Saturday overtime to meet demand. Daily production goals must be met while maintaining quality.
What You'll Do7
- 1Follow all work instructions related to safety manufacturing and quality
- 2Operate equipment such as sanding cutting grinding machining and assembly tools to produce prosthetic components
- 3Inspect finished parts for quality assurance
- 4Manage daily tasks based on work order priorities
- 5Achieve daily production goals ensuring product quality and on-time delivery
- 6Record manufacturing and product data using custom computer applications and paper-based tracking systems
- 7Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements7
- 1Proficiency in using computers for data input and quality tracking
- 2Familiarity with email and general web-based applications
- 3Strong attention to detail
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods
- 6Capability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment
- 7Prior manufacturing experience including safe use of equipment is preferred
