- 1Prepare food according to recipes using hand mixers and induction burners to increase yield sizes
- 2Complete training for knife safety and automatic slicer operation
- 3Multitask between prep work and order fulfillment via ticketing system
- 4Assemble meals following plating examples and measurements
- 5Batch produce ready-to-eat items like sandwiches and salads
- 6Make dough and bake loaves for daily sandwich bread production
- 7Weigh precise portions of meat cheese and vegetables using slicer and scales
- 8Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination
- 9Wash dishes using industrial dishwasher or three-bay sink
- 10Communicate prep needs for next day production
- 11Receive and organize vendor orders
- 12Report food or equipment issues promptly
- 13Cross-train on register to support FOH during busy periods
- 14Maintain cleanliness in workstation and environment
- 15Demonstrate strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- 16Perform additional tasks like cleaning and stocking as needed
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver's license and vehicle for delivery duties
- 3Ability to lift 35lbs regularly
- 4Ability to stand for extended periods
- 5Certification: AWS Certified
- 6Experience with Kubernetes and React development
- 7Familiarity with CPC Card standards
- 8Proficiency in BCBA certification
- 93-5 years seasonal kitchen experience
- 10Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
