What You'll Do11
- 1Wowing customers through personalized interactions and fast checkout experiences
- 2Train staff on the BEST customer service approach to exceed expectations
- 3Lead store operations to meet customer service score targets set by District Managers
- 4Oversee front-end merchandising for candy soda and snack categories
- 5Maintain equipment functionality and ensure store cleanliness
- 6Perform full store manager duties during manager absence
- 7Recruit train and develop crew members through regular coaching sessions
- 8Collaborate with leadership on merchandising strategies and recovery initiatives
- 9Execute daily opening and closing procedures including waste removal and floor maintenance
- 10Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock rooms and replenishing shelves
- 11Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years management experience
- 2Proven track record in retail leadership and team development
- 3Excellent communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- 4Physical stamina to stand upright for extended periods and perform light lifting
- 5Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in merchandising execution
- 6Experience with POS systems and inventory management software
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and occasional nights
- 8Certification such as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
- 9Demonstrated ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
- 10Valid driver's license for travel assignments as needed
