What You'll Do11
- 1Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs
- 2Guide members through self-service technology and assist with purchasing decisions
- 3Lead associates in assigned areas by assigning tasks and providing feedback
- 4Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during member interactions
- 5Maintain facility safety through regular sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials

- 7Process returns and manage inventory from distribution centers
- 8Monitor product quality and handle claims and shrinkage
- 9Collaborate with management on recruitment and associate development

Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 26 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
- 3Proficiency in Python and AWS
- 4Experience with Kubernetes and React
- 5Ability to lead teams and develop associates
