What You'll Do10
- 1Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
- 2Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing with business needs.
- 3Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
- 4Oversee Planogram execution, completing merchandising sets accurately and on schedule.
- 5Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards, including product placement and presentation.
- 6Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy, integrity, and efficient stock movement.
- 7Execute ad sets and complete price changes accurately and on time.
- 8Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately.
- 9Process RTVs and ASN receiving, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
- 10Manage store damages procedures, reducing shrink through proper handling and reporting.
Requirements7
- 13+ years retail leadership experience.
- 2Stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
- 3Lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise and fixtures up to 25-50 pounds.
- 4Climb ladders or step stools to stock and retrieve products.
- 5Perform repetitive motions, including scanning items, stocking shelves, and operating POS equipment.
- 6Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
- 7Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
