What You'll Do11
- 1Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure high-quality product presentation
- 2Train and mentor associates on established merchandising principles
- 3Coordinate truck deliveries and process merchandise onto the sales floor
- 4Maintain accurate tagging tagging systems and secure product placement
- 5Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient goods flow
- 6Monitor associate productivity and coach as needed
- 7Organize and rotate backstock for optimal replenishment
- 8Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- 9Maintain backroom organization and adhere to recycling and hazardous waste programs
- 10Promote credit and loyalty programs and support shrink reduction initiatives
- 11Ensure compliance with all labor laws and safety protocols
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 31 year retail experience
- 46 months leadership experience
- 5Proven ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
- 6Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- 7Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- 8Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- 9Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- 10Demonstrated track record of achieving performance goals
- 11Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers
