What You'll Do8
- 1Join enterprise AI workflows as a collaborative research partner alongside domain experts and client teams
- 2Identify and formalize failure modes observed in live deployments and rank them by impact
- 3Create high-signal datasets and evaluation protocols to address identified weaknesses
- 4Conduct tight experimental loops to validate hypotheses and measure improvements
- 5Produce clear analyses of system behavior to guide decision making
- 6Develop and benchmark agentic workflows with a focus on robustness and scalability
- 7Build lightweight tools to support evaluation, data curation, and rapid iteration

Requirements8
- 1Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field
- 2Strong judgment in assessing research signals, including data selection and evaluation design
- 3Experience building datasets and evaluation frameworks for ML systems
- 4Ability to turn ambiguous operational issues into structured research questions
- 5Familiarity with RL environments and agentic system evaluation
