What You'll Do6
- 1Administer prescribed medications following individualized care plans
- 2Document medication administration and report resident status changes
- 3Manage medication inventory and coordinate pharmacy deliveries
- 4Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide emotional support
- 5Participate in life enrichment activities and promote family communication
- 6Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with documentation protocols
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent with valid state medication administration license
- 3Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain
- 412 months of experience administering medications in professional caregiving settings
- 5Strong attention to detail and high integrity
- 6Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
- 7Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to dignified resident care
