- 3Work as an independent agent, agency owner/principal, agency employee, or in a tele-sales role (captive agents selling for a single carrier are not eligible)
- 4Be based in the United States
- 5Have access to a microphone and a quiet environment to comfortably provide voice-recorded answers
- 6Be able to work independently to complete the full online survey
