What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and submit accurate claims
- 2Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
- 3Conduct insurance verification
- 4Maintain and update patient billing records
- 5Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- 6Post payments and reconcile accounts promptly
- 7Generate and analyze billing reports for accuracy and timeliness
- 8Manage accounts receivable over 90 days
- 9Collect denial documentation and send it timely
- 10Participate in collection activities for problem accounts
- 11Review and analyze billing reports monthly with administrators
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Must have knowledge of Home Health claims billing
- 3Must have billing experience for Medicare, MassHealth and other Commercial Insurances
- 4Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and maintenance
- 5Reliable and dependable professional
- 6Organized and able to multitask efficiently
- 7Excellent troubleshooting skills
