What You'll Do11

  • 1Create and maintain patient charts for all assigned studies
  • 2Prepare participant visits according to CRC schedules with all materials available
  • 3File lab results and EKG results in designated patient charts
  • 4Maintain inventory of study-specific supplies such as lab kits and assessments
  • 5Complete data entry and resolve queries for CRFs within sponsor-defined timelines
  • 6Assist with participant assessments including blood pressure and urine collection
  • 7Communicate with participants, caregivers, vendors, and laboratories as required
  • 8Support scheduling, clerical tasks, and monitoring visits
  • 9Execute daily delegated responsibilities related to study and participants
  • 10Assume additional duties as assigned by coordinators
  • 11Perform clerical and administrative tasks including copying and faxing

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 2California Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
  • 3Phlebotomy experience or CPT (Required)
  • 4Interest in specific study indications
  • 5Advanced knowledge of electronic equipment such as email and fax machines
  • 6Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
  • 7Ability to develop effective working relationships
  • 8Demonstrated personal initiative and attention to detail
  • 9Capacity to remain calm during emergencies
  • 10Proficiency in interpreting and applying guidelines
  • 11Effective oral and written communication skills
