What You'll Do15
- 1Participate in morning clinical huddles
- 2Prepare stock clean and sanitize exam rooms and equipment
- 3Update patient schedules room assignments and visit status in real time
- 4Navigate electronic medical records including encounters notes and documents
- 5Enter patient histories past medical history medication reconciliation and vital signs
- 6Communicate physician orders and provide patient education materials
- 7Prepare work school notes letters and clinical documentation
- 8Obtain informed consent for procedures and durable medical equipment
- 9Notify appropriate staff of OTC product or DME purchases
- 10Complete requisitions for labs pathology imaging and referrals
- 11Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment following infection control protocols
- 12Maintain communication with providers and clinical team members
- 13Track and manage inventory and supply flow
- 14Perform Diabetic Foot Exams
- 15Participate in clinical testing programs such as QuantaFlo and Safe Balance when available
Requirements11
- 1Core responsibilities for all MA levels
- 2Annual performance evaluations with monthly check-ins
- 3Demonstrated clinical competency productivity communication and policy adherence
- 4Advancement based on performance skill mastery
- 5Employees on PIP or disciplinary action ineligible for advancement or pay increases
- 6Failure to meet tier expectations may result in reassignment to lower tier and compensation adjustment
- 7Bonus compensation eligibility through OTC program
- 8Compliance with OSHA HIPAA and infection control guidelines
- 9Strict patient confidentiality maintenance
- 10Adherence to clinical safety protocols and scope of practice
