
Mechanical Engineer, Physical AI Lab & Robotics in Mountain View
Overview
Own hands-on development at a new Physical AI Lab in Mountain View, building intelligent robotic systems that perceive, reason, and act in the real world. You will contribute to multi-robot coordination, agentic AI, and autonomous manipulation to advance industrial robotics. You will collaborate with cross functional teams across hardware and software to prototype, test, and scale robotic solutions. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and test hardware and software integrations for robotic systems in a hands on lab setting
- 2Design experiments to validate perception, control, and manipulation pipelines in real world scenarios
- 3Collaborate with software, hardware, and research teams to iterate on robotic architectures and behavior
- 4Lead rapid prototyping of robotic modules and test rigs to demonstrate capability milestones
- 5Troubleshoot real world robotic systems and drive incremental improvements to reliability and performance
